Cancellation Policy

At Triplanned Premium Holidays, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the company, in alignment with the laws of India. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. General Cancellation Terms

​

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our official email address or through our customer service portal.

  • Notice Period: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the departure date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain components of your booking, such as special promotions, discounted packages, or customized itineraries, may include non-refundable deposits. These will be explicitly mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Charges

​

  • 30-15 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.

  • 14-7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 14 to 7 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost.

  • Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, meaning no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process

​

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation, subject to the terms mentioned above.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise requested. For payments made through credit or debit cards, the refund may take additional time as per the processing timelines of the card-issuing bank.

4. Special Conditions

​

  • Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), Triplanned Premium Holidays reserves the right to offer an alternative travel date or package. If neither is acceptable, a refund will be processed as per the refund terms stated above, excluding any non-refundable costs incurred by the company.

  • Government Restrictions: Any cancellations due to government-imposed travel restrictions (including but not limited to COVID-19 travel bans) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with refunds processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

5. Amendments

​

  • Change of Dates: Any request to change travel dates will be considered a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the applicable cancellation fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Substitutions: Name changes or substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of Triplanned Premium Holidays, subject to any additional costs that may be incurred.

6. Legal Compliance

​

  • Consumer Protection Act: This cancellation policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant laws in India. Any disputes arising from cancellations will be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
